Schnelles Zwiebelbrot

Schon vor einiger Zeit habe ich hier Fotos von meinem Zwiebelbrot gepostet, aber mir ist aufgefallen, dass ich das Rezept nicht gepostet habe! So eine Schande. Da ich es demnächst wieder backen werde, schreibe ich es jetzt.
Ich liebe jegliche Art von Zwiebelbrot, es ist schön salzig und zwischen durch beißt man auf kleine knackige Zwiebelstückchen. *yummy* Es passt so gut zu Salat und zum Dippen ist es einfach perfekt.

Yes, the second go on cake pops....I made them smaller and used a ready to use cake frosting, but I think I need better sticks than toothpicks....they sometimes just fall of them...not good!!!

Hello everyone,

right now I'm eating one of the buns Marcel made yesterday. Yes, Marcel did bake them not me. It's a typicall bun the eat in Japan, it' made with melonflavor. I think he did a good job and the taste really good. I love sweet things!!!

Garden!

It was a beautiful sunny day and we spend most of our time in our garden. We did little work but we had dinner there with my parents, my brother and my uncle from England. We grilled and had to try a recipe for "bread on a stick" (Stockbrot halt ;). I really don't know what it's actually called in english...sorry...;)

Marcel made a thai-salad and my mum made a salad, too. We had plenty of food....

Mussels!!!

We were at my parents for dinner today, because my mum made mussels!

Marcel and my brother wanted to try them (I had tried them sometime ago...not mine).

First time for them and Marcel had a hard one, doesn't like them really. But my brother likes them!!! I can't believe it! He was the one who used to eat Cornflakes when he was hungry...

I'm really sorry I did not write for so long, I had a busy week. My grandma died last weekend and there was much to do. I miss her very much and so I needed some time...

And there wasn't anything spectacular happening anyway.

Onion-Bread!!!

Hey, today I tried a new recipe for onion bread....and it turned out to be very delicious!

After breakfast (with my selfmade breakfast-bread) I prepared my kitchen to begin with baking. The batter is made with creamcheese and it's very easy to make. 

First I mixed the flour with the dried yeast and then I creamed together water, creamcheese, salt and sugar in a different bowl. After mixing the dry ingredients with the creamcheese mixture I left the batter at a warm place for about an hour...The next step was to knead the batter with my hands, I was affraid of that but the batter was that smooth and everything went perfect. Rolling out in a rectangle was easy aswell, I was so happy!!!
