Our garden!

Hey there...

We spend a lot of time in our garden right now and we are eating a lot of salad!!! We have tones of radishes and some lettuce and kohlrabi. I hope my peas will be ready soon, but there won't be s much as I hoped...the plants are really small...the soil isn't so good we think, so it's the first year next year will be much better!!!

Back again.....

I'm so sorry I didn't write for quit a long time....we had some trouble with our internet....could pay the bill in time...;)

So, here I am back to normal soon. Will have to look throught the pics I took the last 2 weeks and will do some posts. I think much will be about our garden!

And my japanese is getting better and better...Marcel and I can chat a bit in japanese now. Not much, but things like: "Where is the cup?" and "She wears green trousers.". But more about that in a different post later on.

I enjoyed the wonderful weather and got a bit tanned! It rained the last days but I hope it's getting better again soon. I'm going to have three days of (sunday, monday and tuesday!!!) and want to do something in the garden or the beach. 

And we have done our entrance-hall...will post some pics soon!

Cupcakes...

This post is about the baking mixture I used for the cupcakes yesterday. It's from Dr. Oetkerand you can buy three different varieties: raspberry/chocolate, chocolate and tangerine.

I tried raspberry and chocolate. The batter was very easy and quick to make, just had to add 2 eggs, milk and oil.

Weather...

It was all rainy again, so I did do anything in our garden....again....

But therefor I had some more time to learn japanese! Nearly done with the first unit!

And we have some space in our dining room because I left the plants in our greenhouse. So I could repot some other plants. Will take some pics soon.

Today we also went to my aunt because it was her birthday yesterday. I made some cupcakes, but I hadn't much time, that's why I tried a baking mixture. Will post my test-results next time...;)

Mushrooms Part 2

I told you I gave Marcel a do-it-yourself mushroom set for his birthday....

Since a few days you can see the first mushrooms grow!!! Actually you can see how much they grow in one hour..O.o I think we can eat the first ones in one or two days.

It's been raining all day....good I had to work ;) But I hope the weather will be better tomorrow because we want to go to the garden and put some plants out, we had been growing in our dining room...

There are tomatoe-, paprika-, artichoke- and egg-plants....
